Kenney was born the 14th of September 1999 at New York City. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are the parents of her. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked as a writer for the New York Post. Emma Kenney's home town is identical to that of her Shameless co star Emmy Rossum. Kenney was born and brought up in Manhattan, is the 19-year-old actress who is the character Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit series, Shameless. While she was born in Manhattan, the actress was able to spend the bulk of her early years at home in Garden State. Kenney's Roseanne role, as Darlene (Sara Gilbert) the daughter of Harris is another of her most well-known roles.
