Nicky Whelan is an Australian model and actress. She was born on 10 May 1981. In Australia she gained notoriety for her role in the character Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, an soap-opera which ran for 100 episodes between the period 2006-2007. She arrived in Hollywood with two projects: first with the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine where she played an aspiring actress making her debut in Hollywood. Later, she secured a part in the 9th season of Scrubs in the role of Maya a very sexy medical student. But the show abruptly stopped. After that, she continued to make a Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good To Shoot that starred Jason Sudeiki and Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter, the actress appeared in short series and B series movies. The year 2013 saw her to land more exposed projects. She was in six scenes of the show detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first role as a regular in the web-series Chosen played by Milo Ventimiglia. She appears in the opening two seasons of the show also giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. Later in the year she was seen in supporting characters in two feature films featuring airplanes. The role she plays is that of an airline attendant. However, she also shares the trailer for a brand-new TV show called Matador which she co-stars with Gabriel Luna. This is a thriller that sees the actors embody CIA agents. The show is created by the director Robert Rodriguez however does not surpass a full season of 13 episodes. Then she continues working on a pilot show which does not work out. In 2015, she shared the promotional poster for a B-Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared on the show comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco.
